These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of Finqua Capital’s mentorship and training services (the "Services"). By enrolling in or accessing any Service, you agree to this Agreement in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. Definitions

1.1. "Company" refers to Finqua Capital and its affiliates. 1.2. "Participant" means any individual or entity that enrolls in or uses the Services. 1.3. "Materials" includes all content, course materials, workbooks, videos, code, slides, and related documentation provided by the Company. 1.4. "Mentor" means any finance industry professional or trainer engaged by the Company to deliver mentorship.

2. Services

2.1. The Company offers mentorship sessions, live projects, knowledge seminars, and certification programs in finance domains including Equity Research, Corporate Finance, Asset Management, Risk Management, and Investment Banking. 2.2. All Services are subject to availability and may be delivered in person or virtually.

3. Enrollment & Payment

3.1. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or agreed-upon installment by the Participant. 3.2. Fees, schedules, and payment milestones are outlined during the registration process. 3.3. All payments are final and non-refundable. There is no refund policy.

4. Participant Obligations

4.1. Participants must provide accurate personal and payment information during enrollment. 4.2. Participants agree to attend scheduled sessions punctually and complete any pre-work or assignments. 4.3. Unauthorised recording, distribution, or sharing of Materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All Materials and course content are the intellectual property of Finqua Capital or its licensors. 5.2. Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Materials solely for personal learning and professional development. 5.3. No right, title, or interest in the Materials is transferred to the Participant.

6. Confidentiality

6.1. Participants and Mentors must keep all shared confidential information strictly confidential. 6.2. Confidential information includes proprietary strategies, deal structures, models, and any non-public data exchanged during mentorship.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability arising from or in any way connected with the Services is limited to the total fees paid by the Participant. 7.2. The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Disclaimers

8.1. The Company does not guarantee placement or specific career outcomes. 8.2. All advice and guidance provided by Mentors are for educational purposes only.

9. Termination

9.1. The Company may terminate a Participant’s access immediately for breach of this Agreement. 9.2. Participants may withdraw from the program with no further payment obligations after fulfilling the minimum attendance requirement.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

10.1. The laws of India govern this Agreement. 10.2. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration by the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, or by mutual agreement of the parties.

11. Amendments

11.1. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Participants will be notified of material changes by email. 11.2. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
